I saw you...peeking over my shoulder whenever I was messaging someone who wasn't you. I saw you, throwing a fit when I didn't ask for your permission to hang out with a friend from high school. I saw you, complaining every time I took a photo with a female friend who wasn't you.
I see you, and I'm really glad I ended it.

pobrecita. I've been there. Sometimes it's really hard to learn how to trust again when you've been hurt and humiliated before. I was lucky enough to meet a guy patient and trustworthy enough to give me the space I needed to grow in that area. It's hard to say "I'm choosing to be okay with this." when your feelings are tugging in the other direction. I hope she finds someone who can help her heal.
