    Ask him. Figure out why he did it, or maybe he didn't and you're thinking too much into something. A guy can have a few friends who are girls and care for them deeply, spending hours into the night to help them through something, even without being romantically interested in them.

    If you're posting here, you're thinking of him and he's a catch. Don't let him go. Worst mistake I've made was being wrong about him cheating and not talking about it.

    Fuck these people. If you know he cheated on you, best thing you can do is move on. Not saying it won't be hard, but no one deserves to be cheated on.

    Thank you #4. Fuck 1-3, this person is never really going to value you the same way if they know they can cheat on you and you're still going to run back. You'll only embolden them to treat you like shit again and again. Learned that the hard way.

    yea, just stop talking to them. Not out of spite, not out of any sense of justice, but because you don't need that shit in your life. You have more important things to do. There are people in this world who secretly treat every relationship as an open relationship and now that you've found one, just don't associate with them.

    4 and 5 just fall in line with the hook up philosophy. Their statemments only reinforce what they claim to be going against. They'd be the first ones to cheat on their significant others, and on a superficial value too. They'd cheat just to add variety ot their lives, rather than find meaning in supporting the person who they are sleeping with; all the while never caring about the person's feelings.
